Our Story
Drain Divers was founded in 2023 by Troy & Courtney – a husband-and-wife team who wanted to build a business that reflects their combined experience, values and a no-nonsense approach to helping people when they need it most.
With a background in plumbing, drain clearing and civil construction, Troy’s spent over 15 years restoring flow (and calm) to homes and businesses across WA. Courtney brings her skills in business operations and customer service to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes – and on the phones!
We’re based right here in Perth and are proud to serve the local community with specialised drain clearing services that are reliable, adorable and done properly.

Meet the Team
We’re a small, family-run team – just the two of us!
Troy is the one on the tools. He’s got over 15 years of experience in drain clearing and plumbing, with an additional 10 years in civil construction. (Fun Fact: He won Plumbing Apprentice of the Year back in 2002 – and he still works like he’s trying to win it again!)
Courtney answers the phones, handles bookings, and keeps the wheels turning behind the scenes. She’s all about great communication and making sure every customer has a smooth experience.
